We're starting a 14-day challenge to a healthier heart! What does that mean? We will set some individual goals for you over the next 14 days and by following some simple habits it's possible to lower your heart rate, lose a few punds, breathe more deeply amd pver feel more energetic.
Simply sign up below and coach Roger will set up an appointment to go over heart healthy goals. You won't be alone, we will set up both an in-person healthy lifestyle support group and a Facebook community to share, learn and encourage each other to stay on track. It's ok to stumble, like a toddler, we just need to get up one more time.
